RGBW Color Change on Two Wires
Most color-change lighting means a controller, a dedicated bus, and a wiring diagram nobody wants to troubleshoot at 2am. The Scandvik 41761P skips all of it. Intelligent onboard circuitry handles the color sequencing, so the fixture runs on a simple 2-wire connection off any standard on/off switch.
Flip the switch and it cycles White to Blue to Red to Green, then into a dynamic fade mode that cycles colors on its own. Leave it off for more than 4 seconds and it resets to white the next time you power it up. That reset behavior is the detail that makes it usable, because the boat always comes back to white on the next start.
24 RGBW LEDs in a 6" Extruded Aluminum Body
The housing is extruded aluminum with sealed weatherproof construction rated IP65. It runs 10-30 VDC, so the same part works on a 12V center console or a 24V system without a converter.
· T-tops and hardtops on center consoles where you want ambient color at the helm
· Bimini top frames as clip-on accent and utility lighting
· Rail mounting on tube from 3/4" to 1-1/2" using the included brackets
· Surface mount under gunwale caps, in cockpits, or along coaming
· Boatbuilder installs where reducing wire count and eliminating controllers cuts build hours
No controller means no controller failure. On a production line, a 2-wire fixture that a rigger can install off an existing switch leg is worth more than a fixture with more features and a harness.

Does the Scandvik 41761P need a controller or special switch?
No. It uses 2-wire connections and works off any standard on/off switch. Color sequencing is handled by circuitry inside the fixture.
How do you change colors?
Cycle the switch. Each on/off cycle advances through White, Blue, Red, Green, then a dynamic color-fade mode.
How does it reset to white?
Leave the fixture off for more than 4 seconds. The next time you switch it on it starts at white.
Will it run on a 24V system?
Yes. It accepts 10-30 VDC, so 12V and 24V systems both work without a converter.
What size rail does it mount to?
The included brackets fit tubing from 3/4" to 1-1/2" in diameter. It can also be surface mounted directly.
Is the 41761P suitable for open cockpit exposure?
It's IP65 with sealed weatherproof construction, which covers rain, spray, and washdown. For continuous immersion or below-waterline use, choose an IP67 or IP68 fixture.
What's the difference between the 41761P and the 41763P?
Length. The 41761P is 6 inches and the 41763P is 12 inches. Same RGBW+ platform and same 2-wire control.
