Full Product Description
Built on a Proven Platform. Redesigned for What's Next.
The SeaBlaze series has been the benchmark for surface-mount underwater lighting for years. The X3 takes everything that made the line successful and pushes it further — more output, smarter protection, and a first-of-its-kind reliability system built for the realities of marine environments.
8,000 Lumens. Same Power Draw as the X2.
The X3 produces 8,000 lumens of underwater light while keeping power consumption in line with the outgoing SeaBlaze X2. That's a meaningful jump in brightness without asking more from your electrical system — important on boats running multiple lights where amp draw adds up.
DryLock™: The Reliability System Underwater Lights Have Needed
The X3 is the first Lumitec light to feature DryLock™ technology. It's not a single seal or a coating — it's a complete system. DryLock™ integrates Lumitec's advanced thermal management, leak protection, and moisture prevention into one engineered package. The result is a light that handles heat, humidity, and submersion the way a marine-grade product should: without compromising over time.
Combined with an IP69-rated housing, the X3 sets a new standard for durability in the surface-mount underwater lighting category.
Two Color Configurations, One Platform
The White/Blue Dual Color (SKU 101945) handles the two most useful underwater light colors on one fixture — white when you need it, blue when you want it. The RGBW Spectrum (SKU 101946) opens up full-color control for boats with custom lighting setups or those who want maximum flexibility for entertaining.
Both versions are Poco system-compatible for onboard control and support "Light to Sound" music sync when paired with a Lumitec Poco 4 controller.
Upgrade from X2 Without the Headache
The X3 uses the same mounting hole pattern as the SeaBlaze X2. If you're replacing existing lights, you're swapping fixtures — not drilling new holes or modifying your transom. Three-wire hookup keeps the install straightforward on both configurations.
The X3 runs on 10–30 vDC, making it compatible with 12V and 24V electrical systems.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is DryLock™ technology? DryLock™ is Lumitec's proprietary protection system built into the X3. It combines thermal management, leak protection, and moisture prevention into one integrated design — engineered to extend the light's lifespan in harsh marine environments.
Will the X3 fit in my existing X2 mounting holes? Yes. The X3 uses the same mounting hole pattern as the SeaBlaze X2, so upgrading is a straight swap with no new drilling or transom modifications.
What's the difference between SKU 101945 and SKU 101946? SKU 101945 is White/Blue Dual Color — white for visibility, blue for ambiance. SKU 101946 is RGBW Spectrum with full-color control. Both run the same X3 platform with identical specs and features.
What do I need to use the music sync feature? The "Light to Sound" feature requires a Lumitec Poco 4 controller, sold separately. It connects to your audio system and syncs your underwater lights to the music.
Does the X3 work on 12V and 24V boats? Yes. The X3 operates on 10–30 vDC, compatible with both 12V and 24V electrical systems.
