Special Orders: We will gladly accommodate special orders for our customers. Special orders may require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Return Policy

All returned goods must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by our Sales Team. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the return box in order to facilitate credit to your account. Each return will be subject to a minimum 25% Restocking fee.

Terms are available for business accounts upon credit approval. Please contact our Sales Team for a credit application.

Invoice Method:
Upon Shipping your order an invoice will be sent via United States Postal Service.

Paying your Bill:
When sending a check to pay a previous invoice, please include the invoice number on the check so that we may process the check as quickly as possible. There is a 1.5% monthly charge on overdue accounts.

Shipping: We presently ship via UPS and FedEx. If no preference is declared by a customer, we will ship UPS Ground. Other methods are available. Please contact our Sales Team for options.

Important Florida Sales Tax Information: All Florida customers are required to submit their Annual Resale Certificate (DR-13) issued by the State of Florida before their order is processed to be exempt from sales tax. Out-of-State customers who receive goods within State of Florida (i.e. showroom purchase or ship to Florida location) are also required to have a Florida DR-13 or sales tax will be charged.
